This wood bowl is made from an outstanding piece of American Elm.  It is a deep bowl that is magnificent to view as you follow the very well-defined grain lines up the outside wall.  When your eyes climb to the peak and move over the edge, they plunge deep into the interior of the bowl.  The bottom of this bowl is an excellent view of quartersawn American Elm.  Enjoy this exceedingly rare gem for years to come.
